Yes! Of course, you are welcome to browse and fill up your cart without an account with us, but you will need one to place your order.

At checkout, you'll receive a prompt asking you to sign in or register an account. We take you through the process step-by-step—easy-peasy!
Alternately, look for the person icon on the right corner of our website, next to your shopping cart. Clicking that takes you to the sign-in screen where you can either log in with an existing account or create a new one.

5. Do I have to make a maximum purchase in order to be eligible for free shipping?
Not at all! We offer free standard shipping on all orders, every day, regardless of the amount of your order.
6. Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! When you set up an account, simply pick your country of origin. Items shipped outside of the United States, however, don't qualify for free shipping. International rates do apply.
7. How fast will my new kitchen gadgets ship?
Typically, we prepare your order for delivery within 1 business day of the order being placed. Products usually arrive at your front door within 5 business days of the receipt of your order. Just please note that larger orders may take more time to process.
8. Can I return an item?
Tongs 'n Things wants every customer to feel happy and satisfied with their purchase! If you need to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your original order date. You'll need to mail the item back to us along with proof of purchase, at which point we will gladly issue a full or partial refund, as applicable.

No, we are an online store, but we fulfill all orders from our own warehouse!
